Where are your servers located?
MailNode is NZ-owned and operated, but email services run on secure overseas infrastructure. This allows for improved redundancy, global deliverability, and stable performance.
Will this affect my email speed?
For normal email usage, most users will not notice any difference. Email is not latency-sensitive like real-time applications.
What happens if I run out of space?
Plans can be upgraded at any time - simply contact us and we will assist.
