MailNode is a locally owned and operated New Zealand provider built for individuals, businesses, and organizations who want dependable email hosting without complicated pricing or unnecessary bundled services. Mail hosting had become unnecessarily expensive. Many providers charge $10–$30 per mailbox each month, bundling email with large software suites and features most people simply don’t need. We started MailNode because we wanted something simpler.

To keep our service stable, affordable, and abuse-free, MailNode does not provide:

Common Questions

Where are your servers located?
MailNode is NZ-owned and operated, but email services run on secure overseas infrastructure. This allows for improved redundancy, global deliverability, and stable performance. Will this affect my email speed?
For normal email usage, most users will not notice any difference. Email is not latency-sensitive like real-time applications. What happens if I run out of space?
Plans can be upgraded at any time - simply contact us and we will assist. What if my account is compromised?
Use strong, unique passwords and avoid password reuse. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
