MailNode operates on a simple principle: once a subscription is activated, it is considered final.
We do not offer refunds for completed payments. This includes unused time, change of mind, or account suspensions.
When you sign up, your account is sent for provisioning and payment processing fees are incurred at the time of transaction. Because of this, payments cannot be reversed without a financial loss.
If you choose to cancel, you may do so at any time to prevent future billing. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
