Who is this for?

Our service is designed for individuals, businesses, and organizations that want simple, predictable email hosting without complicated per-user pricing. It’s ideal for those who value affordability, flexibility, and control over multiple domains and users.

Why is your storage smaller than other providers?

Large providers such as Outlook and Google Workspace typically bundle email storage with shared cloud storage and additional services, often at a higher cost and with per-user pricing. Our approach is different:
  • Unlimited users
  • Unlimited domains (within fair use)
  • Simple, predictable pricing
  • Lower storage limits to keep costs affordable
Instead of paying per mailbox, you pay one flat price for the entire package.

Do you have any sort of uptime SLA?

Our upstream mail infrastructure provider maintains a public status page at https://status.mxroute.com/ where uptime and service incidents are reported. We have personally used this infrastructure for our own domains for over three years and have not experienced any extended periods of downtime. On the rare occasions that issues occur, they are typically resolved promptly. At this time, there is no formal guaranteed SLA. However, we rely on the same infrastructure for our own email services. If you experience an issue, we experience it too - which means it is in our direct interest to ensure problems are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

What if I run out of space?

You can upgrade your package at any time. Simply contact us and we will help you move to a plan that fits your needs. If you recieve a quota alert, it is a good time to consider clearing out old emails and emptying your trash folder as this may reduce space you didn’t know you had, without needing to pay for more.

Catch-All Policy

Catch-all addresses are permitted. However, using catch-all functionality to bulk-create accounts for websites, services, or abuse-related activity is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your service.

Sending Limits

Spam, unsolicited bulk email, and mass marketing campaigns are not allowed on this platform. If you need to send marketing or transactional emails, we recommend using dedicated services such as Klaviyo, MailChannels, etc. These platforms are designed specifically for high-volume and compliant email delivery.

What if my account is compromised?

To protect your account:
  • Use strong, unique passwords
  • Do not reuse passwords across services (Including between your admin login and your mailboxes)
  • Enable additional security measures where possible
If you believe your account has been compromised, we recommend changing your password(s) ASAP.

Are my emails backed up?

Mailboxes are backed up by our hosting provider regularly to help protect against hardware failure. However:
  • Backups are provided as a courtesy
  • Backup restoration is not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
